Location - Bedford. This company is a world leader in its field. They are a staff focused organisation and are looking for a Tri-lingual Customer Service / Careline Advisor to join their team.
Careline Advisor/ Customer Service (German plus at least 1 additional language – Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch) Maternity Cover / full-time
The Careline Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all consumer communications received to the Careline are dealt with professionally, courteously and promptly.
The holder of the role will be an experienced Customer Service Advisor, preferably with a healthcare background, who is fluent in German and English and at least one additional language: Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch)
Performance Objectives:
Product Knowledge: you will immediately work to develop and maintain a detailed product knowledge through delivered training, revision of training material, the use of reference material and by listening to calls.
Assessment: you must pass an assessment to enable you to take ‘live’ calls on the first product range within 3 weeks after your start date. Thereafter pass each assessment for each further product range as and when training completed.
Managing Calls: after passing your assessment you must accurately and professionally manage calls to the Careline, accurately recording required information and conducting market research as required.
Standards: from the outset of taking ‘real’ calls you will be expected to meet individual targets associated with all aspects of call management.
Translations: you will carry out translation of letters and other materials as and when required.
Customer Focus & Team Work: from the outset you will work as part of a team to meet the operational demands of the service, assisting colleagues as needed and covering their workload during absences.
In order to achieve the above;
Good standard of education, GCSE or equivalent
Background in biological science preferred
Experience in consumer care essential and experience in Careline / Customer Service work preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create rapport and have empathy in difficult situations.
Fluency in required languages.
Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
Temperament - calm, collected, confident under pressure.
A flexible, proactive and responsible team player with customer focus and the confidence to take decisions alone. |
