Location - Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Our client, a very successful and established dining establishment are seeking a Chef De Partie to join their busy team on a steep learning curve to take you to 2nd Chef status with a salary review after 6 months.
You will be used to preparing traditional English foods, from scratch and using fresh ingredients, with French fusion! An excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join a professional, dynamic and successful team!
Accommodation can be arranged (at the lower salary)
Essential: Experience as a CDP in a FRESH FOOD ENVIRONMENT only
Desired: Experience of preparing English food with a French twist
