Location - South West London. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm and who will contribute towards the continued expansion of our successful restoration business. Our position offers an excellent opportunity to broaden experience as an Estimator, within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Skills & Experience Requirements
The successful applicant will be a mature team player and will have:
At least 5 years relevant working experience in estimation and business development
Knowledge of construction including restoration and refurbishment
High motivation
Commercial awareness with a proven track record of profitable performance
Excellent inter-personal skills
Proven maintenance of strong client relationships.
Able to work on their own initiative
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:
To elicit tenders and enquiries
To build on an existing robust client base
To compile and prepare sub-contract enquiries and conduct sub-contractor cost comparisons
To estimate works and undertake on-site assessment of projects |
