My client, extremely popular in the Hertfordshire area is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their friendly, focused and well presented team.
You will be responsible for a team of 7 waiting staff and will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant floor.
Training, coaching and motivation of staff will be key to your position as well as maintaining a high level of customer service to the clientele in the hope that they want to return and recommend the restaurant to family and friends alike.
My client, awaiting inspection for 2** Rosette is proud to offer outstanding serviced and a very well balanced menu as well as a selection of fine wines.

Hours of work: 48 hours per week, 2 days off (together) 3 Lates, 1 Split Shift and 1 Early
